Supabase not working and their support team is hell.

I am using supabase pro plan from 4-5 month, I paid 25$ per month.
From last 2 days, i am facing issue to load supabase dashboard/website in my system. Even cli also not working.
I send email to their support team but they always said please upgrade to pro plan. I mean WTF.
Please check your system first.

Anyone have solution please suggest me or suggest me any alternative too.
I am giveup to supabase now and searching any good alternative with good support team.

Is the instance you were reporting in your Pro Org?
Is your entire dashboard hung and you are just sending an email direct?

If you are having issues loading dashboard and not orgs show then try another browser, device and a VPN to see if you have a state issue in your current setup. Otherwise without more info not much to suggest but wait for support.
