Need urgent help – Supabase restoration stuck for 3 days

My Supabase project has been stuck in the restoration process for 3 days after a server error on Supabase’s side.

Ticket ID: SU-257562

Plan: Free (I know support response is not guaranteed here, but I’m hoping someone from the team/community can help or escalate).

Current status: Project is inaccessible, database and services are still locked in “restoring” state.

Has anyone faced this before? Is there a way to force cancel or restart the restore? I urgently need access back, or at least a way to spin up a fresh project with my data.

Any guidance from the Supabase team or the community would be greatly appreciated 🙏

The only way is for support to take a deep dive into your project behind the scenes. Make sure title has Project Stuck in title when creating a ticket.
