Recurrent expense polishing

General UI/UX improvements:

• leaner cron inputs. The current design stems from the fact I though we can select multiple options, but pg_cron does not support that
• confirmation dialogs on edit/delete recurring expense. On edit, whether it should affect a single expense or all of them, on delete whether we want to delete the recurrence rule together with the expense.
• the edit cron dialog by itself should also be available in the recurrence tab, without editing individual expenses as well as in expenseDetails
• delete cron button in recurrence tab
