custom action in Rasa-ui

Hi, I am new in using Rasa-Ui,

I already build my work in Rasa X server before and right now converting to use Rasa-Ui. I already build my custom action in Rasa X server, can Rasa-Ui used back that custom action in the Rasa X server or I also need to build the new custom action in Rasa-Ui?
