• Read the guidelines, highlight ways we are meeting and ways we are not meeting the application criteria
• Make a plan of how we can start meeting the criteria
• Highlight UK Project lead and organisation
  - If @RayStick, talk about activities within SSI fellowship in the proposal
• Look at the 2025 accepted projects
• Make a plan for meeting 2026 deadlines
