Ability to change more PARAM.SFO parameters via CMakeLists.txt

Based on this documentation, the PARAM.SFO file contains more parameters than CreatePBP.cmake allows to set. Implementing the following parameters will allow a developer to create more customized EBOOT.PBP files easily.

Unimplemented Parameters

• ATTRIBUTE - Various parameter.
• BOOTABLE - Is this game bootable or not? Can be omitted.
• CATEGORY - Category of content.
• DISC_ID - Product number of the game.
• DISC_NUMBER - Disc number out of total amount of discs.
• DISC_TOTAL - Total amount of discs.
• DISC_VERSION - Disc version (VERSION in SDK changes APP_VER, see CMake: Allow setting app version in PARAM.SFO #179).
• DRIVER_PATH
• HRKGMP_VER
• PARENTAL_LEVEL - Minimum parental control level needed to access this game.
• PBOOT_TITLE - Used on PBOOT.PBP. Can be omitted.
• PSP_SYSTEM_VER - Version of PSP system software required to run the game.
• REGION - Bitmask of allowed regions.
• TITLE_XX - Localized version of the TITLE attribute. Where XX is a country region.
• UPDATER_VER - Firmware updater program version. Can be omitted.
• USE_USB

This is a good idea. I've add support for setting MEMSIZE in PR #333 maybe you can take inspiration from that one if you wish to help add some of them. Things like PARENTAL_LEVEL, CATEGORY, PSP_SYSTEM_VER and localalized title support could be nice to have.
