Data export direct emissions no longer works on beta

Context

When I go to download the direct_emissions_future.csv I get an error.

It is the following link, from this link.

Steps to reproduce

This is on beta.

It does work locally, for example:

http://etengine.local.energytransitionmodel.com:3000/api/v3/scenarios/37/direct_emissions_future.csv

It also still works on pro.

It's for all data exports on beta. The scenario id seems to be missing after passthru.
