Background play, Even though App fully closed

Steps to reproduce

1. "When pip mode off"

2. Play any video

3. The don't close the video by top left back ← button or mobile back button

4. Close the video by press home button.

5. Then clean app current existence.

6. "When pip mode on"

7. Play any video

8. The don't close the video by top left back ← button or mobile back button

9. Close the video by press home button.

10. Pip running.

11. Close pip by dragging

12. Then clean app current existence.

Expected behavior

You can find the video audio in just top of notification. Even though everything of app is closed.

Actual behavior

When close video by home button or dragging close pip. Thing should be happening like top left back ← button or mobile back button

Issues is real, chrome can handle this kinda background stuff. Maybe my explanation is not so good.

Yeah, This bug is relevant to me also.

It doesn't show the app's best behavior.

The app should be more confidential.

But, there is another issues that related with this one. If this fixed
