Demo/testability for adoption #78
Description
A recurring theme in discussions has been making Osprey easier to test/demo for potential adopters. For example, to support an engineering team who wants to convince their org's T&S/analyst team.
This could be a matter of documentation walking through how to spin up a local instance to demo, it could involve publishing an explicit demo docker image, and/or something else.
