Slow rest-tap and rest-swipe detection #278

Description

@ecraig12345

I'm trying to move away from Jitouch, and I'm having trouble finding another app that replicates its "tip-tap" behavior. Multitouch's "rest one, tap one" comes close, but it requires resting a finger for a notably longer time, whereas Jitouch recognizes the gesture almost instantly (or maybe it recognizes either "rest one, tap one" or two time-overlapping taps next to each other).

I have a similar problem with "rest one, swipe two down": it was basically unusable until I changed to high swipe sensitivity, and even now it requires a much longer rest and much more deliberate swipe than I'm used to.

Would it be possible to add a setting to make these gestures more responsive, like maybe a toggle for "Rest length"?
