Detach Cartridge does not work

Describe the bug
CTRL+SHIFT+0 does not detach cartridge

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
CTRL+0 to attach a cartridge
Reset
Cartridge runs
CTRL+0
...nothing happens.

Expected behavior
After reset the emulator should start without a cartridge attached

CTRL+SHIFT+D (detach everthing) does work
