Deploy new server every time when time is updated. Packer?

This doesn't scale.
I think that when time is updated, you should deploy a new server.
Packer should do the job.

Packer (in my experience of abusing packer is what I should say) takes between twenty and fourty minutes to generate an AMI. We could then spin it up with terraform. Maybe if we estimate (badly) the amount of time that (usually) takes, we can spin it up with future time!

I like this idea.

There can be one server per timezone. Later you can add simple load balancer which detects from which country is a connection coming from and solve issue #1
