SQS connector does not support disabling health check

Similarly to this issue related to the AMQP connector, the property "health-enabled" doesn't seem to be implemented in SqsConnector even though the doc states otherwise.

Only liveness checks are implemented for the SQS connector and they can be disabled with health-enabled=false channel attribute.
