[Bug] Commit diff scroll-preview is not scrollable

In this window (which i am not sure how it's called), you cannot hold the mouse and keep moving. You always have to click specific areas.
However the scrollbar works perfectly if you hold the mouse and move it.

I think a good idea is to make the scrollbar overlap that scroll-preview, since I believe that scroll-preview area feels like a scrollbar in itself in the end.
And this overlap would also solve the issue of the scrollbar width being too small and hard to press sometimes.

Because it is not designed for dragging. It is used to goto a changed block as fast as possible (just a click on the colored block) especially when you have enable Show All Lines.

If you want to do a normal scroll, you can just use the scroll bar next to it.

Why not overlap the minimap with the scroll bar? Because the scrollbar is a built-in component to AvaloniaEdit, and it hard to add a custom control under it. (AvaloniaEdit only allows to add left margins, such as LineNumber margin)
