Dependabot (and other tools) flag a number of concerns with the package-lock.json

The majority of the above issues are related to jest, and they are addressed in jestjs/jest#15956 and jestjs/jest#15964 (currently not released)

The other issue is related to actions/core, you have already #99 but you could also minimally bump to 2.03 as well.

The dependency alerts have been addressed: jest was bumped to 30.3.0 (#104) and @actions/core to 3.0.1 (#98, #99). npm audit now reports 0 vulnerabilities. Closing as resolved — please reopen if new alerts appear.
