[DOCS] Documentation Link Outdated #199
Description
The documentation link in the project's README seems to be broken.

(Needed to use the blame version as it is otherwise not possible to get the actual markdown source in github)
The links inside the linked documentation always refer to outdated sites. Also the commit history also does not look up-to-date.
