Bug Description

after the api version v1beta2 is depreciated , but the installing yaml installes the operator that have crd with both v1 and v1beta2 , so due to this , the v1 yaml didnot work perfectly and cause isssues

You should probably explain what did not work perfectly and what issues it caused. Also, there is no Kubernetes version 1.38 and the v1 APi has nothing to do with Strimzi 0.35.x.
