Support for TIMEZONEZ column type

MoSQL doesn't appear to support the Postgres TIMESTAMPZ date type (otherwise known as timestamp with timezone)

This makes it impossible to include timezone information in date fields currently.

created_at: TIMESTAMP WITH TIMEZONE

works for me.
