Auto-regen doesn't clear cache #522
Description
When the auto-regen workflow updates the files, it doesn't clear the cache, so any new PRs will still use the old cached data and report that they are out of sync. A maintainer can manually delete the cache entries and re-run the workflow, but that's not great.
