Feature Req: Fanotify for Eventtracking in Filesystem

Hi,
i tried to use "Unspin" to dynamically move files to cache which cause disk spinups.
the plugin fails with:
2026-04-22 10:40:16 [ERROR] fanotify_init: Function not implemented
2026-04-22 10:40:16 [ERROR] fanotify init failed - unspind running as root?

zcat /proc/config.gz | grep CONFIG_FANOTIFY

CONFIG_FANOTIFY is not set

This should be default since several stock versions?! Am I missing something? :)
