Signed AOIs are not read from the L5X file

When reading an L5X file with a signed AOI, the library will not read any AOIs that are signed. These AOIs have an 'EncodedData' element in the 'AddOnInstructionDefinitions' section of the L5X file.

Thanks for reporting this. I'll see if I can support it in v6.0 which is currently in the works.

Added a potential fix for this in #65. Nuget package v6.0.0-beta2 available with updates.
