[Feature Request]: Publish .apk for android on GitHub releases

Description

I posted same issue a few months ago #13619, but it’s marked as not planned.

Use case

As a second argument, I can point to faster app releases, since the version on Google Play hasn't been updated since October 2. Many developers, such as Nextcloud, publish their Google Play versions on GitHub as well. Therefore, I don't understand why you're so opposed to publishing it here.
