I maintained old names, but I guess this can be changed to logos-* if necessary.

I think nomos in task name is overkill, I propose:
vac:dst:nomos:2026q1-nomos-evaluation:blendnet-benchmarking

Perform a comparison between nim-libp2p using quic and waku using mplex and yamux.
