Eclipse Fails to Boot After WakaTime Installation

Problem:
I attempted to install WakaTime on my Eclipse IDE 2022-06 (4.24.0) following the 'Installation for Old Versions of Eclipse' guide from the README. After completing step 2, I was prompted to restart the IDE. However, post-restart, Eclipse fails to boot, hanging on the loading screen as shown in the attached screenshot. I've tried rebooting my PC and launching the IDE again, but the issue persists.
