[Live Playlist] Automatically refresh playlist #46
Description
This was requested a few times.
- If you're playing AudioVault tracks, you have to remember to refresh. Reload every minute or so.
- Make it so refresh doesn't mark everything as read anymore (this happens because it just replaces the array with whatever the API gave it; everything is initially read).
