[FEATURE REQUEST]: Add Option to Enable Swipe on Desktop

Hi there! I recently started using this lib and found it incredibly intuitive and easy to style—it's quickly become a favorite of mine.

However, I encountered a limitation: the swipe functionality isn't available on desktop. I noticed that this was reported a few years ago, and the response mentioned that it was an intentional design choice. While I understand the rationale, I believe it would be highly beneficial to offer this as an optional feature for developers who may want to enable swipe on desktop environments.

Has there been any update or consideration regarding this feature since the original issue was raised?
