Examples Feel Laggy and State Not Updating Correctly Across Clients

Hey, thanks for the project ❤️ I really like that it’s Go-based!

I tried the example from here: https://yorkie.dev/examples/simultaneous-cursors
However, the drawings from User 1 are not correctly reflected on User 2. Example:

Additionally, the other examples I tested (e.g., React Flow, Quill, etc.) feel noticeably laggy.

I think the project is promising, but the user experience in the examples may discourage new users, especially since real-time collaboration performance and reliability are key.

There are two main factors behind the laggy experience in the current examples:

Frontend examples are limited in quality: Most of the example apps were built quickly to demonstrate SDK usage rather than production-quality UX. We currently don’t have many frontend contributors in the community, so improving these demos has been slow.

Demo server performance: https://api.yorkie.dev is hosted in South Korea and doesn’t use edge servers. This means requests from regions far from Korea can experience higher latency. In production environments, most teams run Yorkie on their own servers, which provides low-latency and stable performance. The demo server is mainly intended for light testing or evaluation.

We’re planning to improve the example UX and may set up additional regional edge servers for smoother demo experiences in the future.
