Improve logging function

Currently the logging function only logs appx package removal when the switch is provided in noninteractive mode... this was made to handle issues with locked packages not getting removed

TODO-
Update logging function to log all/most operations in removal

ENABLE by default in noninteractive mode
ADD a ui option to turn on logging

How about adding a console option to turn off all logging?

it will be enabled by default but can still be explicitly disabled
