Fix double-container rendering for Harmony select/dropdown menus

Summary

• Fixes a UI regression where select/dropdown menus showed an extra outer container.
• Adds a disableDefaultStyles option to Harmony Popup so callers can opt out of Popup’s built-in bordered/elevated shell.
• Updates Harmony Menu to use that option, so Menu only renders its intended Paper surface.

Root Cause

• Popup renders a bordered rounded surface by default.
• Menu also wraps children in a bordered Paper.
• Select/dropdown components that render via Menu therefore showed two stacked containers.

Files Changed

• packages/harmony/src/components/popup/types.ts: added disableDefaultStyles prop to PopupProps.
• packages/harmony/src/components/popup/Popup.tsx: conditionally skip default popup class/shadow when disableDefaultStyles is set.
• packages/harmony/src/components/internal/Menu.tsx: set disableDefaultStyles on Popup in Menu.

Validation

• Attempted to run Harmony verify/typecheck in this environment, but local toolchain dependencies are not installed (concurrently / tsc not found).
