This PR changes the behavior of SCFW while adding configuration to the user's
.bashrcand.zshrcfiles to edit these in-place. Previously, SCFW made the updates in a copy of these files and moved the updated files into the existing ones, which caused issues with symlinked files and, on Linux, with file permissions.Other changes include:
