Flood Risk Service publication on behalf of GDA APP

Dear APEx team,
Within the context of GDA APP, MEEO has developed a demonstrative openEO UDP that implements an end-to-end flood analysis workflow. I am hereby submitting this pull request to integrate it in the APEx catalog in order to test and assess interoperability between our environments.

We remain available should any change to the code repository be needed.

Thanks for submitting the PR @alecattozzo. I believe, for now, the following fixes are required:

• The GDA app is currently defined in gda_app.json in the records folder. This one should be placed in the platform_catalog folder.
• The keywords of the service should be one of the values defined here. You can always extend the list by adding keywords from https://gcmd.earthdata.nasa.gov/KeywordViewer
• The GDA app is defined as an ogc_backend, whereas your process is defined as an openEO UDP. Can you confirm whether the GDA app exposes an OGC API Processes API or an openEO API? If this is not the case, can you point us to the API documentation?

Dear @HansVRP and @JanssenBrm, I have updated the processor as per your request. I have issued another pull to add the GDA APP json to the platform catalogue. I did not specify at this stage which standard it adheres to, as this decision needs Patrick's approval.
The processor currently runs on a remote endpoint provided by SISTEMA GmbH.
