Explanation of Change

Replace FullscreenLoadingIndicator with ActivityIndicator (wrapped in a styled View) in withReportOrNotFound.tsx.

FullscreenLoadingIndicator includes a "Go Back" button that appears after a timeout. Since the navigation controls (LHN, RHP, stack navigator) are already visible during the loading state, enabling shouldUseGoBackButton by default (as planned in the parent issue) would create redundant navigation. Switching to a raw ActivityIndicator wrapped in a View with the same layout/background styles (absoluteFillObject, fullScreenLoading, w100) keeps the visual appearance pixel-perfect identical while removing the Go Back button logic.

    • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
    • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
  • If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers

ActivityIndicator wrapped in a View that reproduces the same layout
and background styling (absoluteFillObject, fullScreenLoading, w100).

Fixed the failing ESLint check: replaced deprecated StyleSheet.absoluteFillObject with StyleSheet.absoluteFill in withReportOrNotFound.tsx:119.
