Adjust default fee allocation percentages in finaliseSale

Description

This update modifies the default fee allocation percentages used in the finaliseSale.ts file.
The default values for ownerAllocationPercentage and liquidityAllocationPercentage have been adjusted to better align with the updated fee distribution model.
Specifically:

• ownerAllocationPercentage was reduced from 0.05 to 0.01.
• liquidityAllocationPercentage was increased from 0.94 to 0.98.

These changes ensure that the platform and liquidity pools receive appropriate allocations when feeAllocation is not explicitly defined.

Ultimately these values should be coming from the configuration object (LaunchpadFinalizeFeeAllocation). This config object can be set by the curator.
