feat: redesign typing indicator

🎯 Goal

Closes REACT-803

Adds typing indictor to the ChannelHeader, ThreadHeader and at the bottom of VML and ML when scrolled to the bottom.
The typing indicators display is debounce to introduce smoothness.
Fixes Thread message list items alignment.
