Coverage requires a member id or a subscriber id (us-core-15, error severity) and both columns were Recommended, so the contract permitted a row that cannot become a conformant Coverage. RelatedPerson.active is mandatory on the profile and was Recommended too. social_history feeds four profiles and the page named one, which left the mandatory effective time and the value's code system undocumented for three of them. Three examples were not members of the value sets they cited: 223366009 is the SNOMED parent the care team function set expands below, `doctor` comes from a code system that set excludes, and every goal was described with the code for dementia. Also corrects three prose claims the StructureDefinitions do not support.
