Only the newest few entries are moved to the folder, that is later published on the website

@srikrrish Can you review this PR and trigger the Gitlab-CI (Mirror) to check if my fix works?

@jakob-fritz It's strange that now the runs themselves fail as here https://gitlab.jsc.fz-juelich.de/muralikrishnan1/ippl/-/jobs/1780571 . But I guess these are not related to the changes you made I think. Should I try to rerun the pipeline?

Thank you @srikrrish for asking. The Jobs timed out, as the SLURM-Jobs did not run in time but needed to wait in the queue. After the increasing the timeout , rerunning the pipeline should work.

Thanks a lot @jakob-fritz . After increasing the timeout the jobs seem to have run and now the PR also seems to fix the issue as we the results in the page now https://ippl-bc4558.pages.jsc.fz-juelich.de/ . However, what I am confused is if I understand correctly you are only publishing the last 15 pipelines but why does the page still has more?

This should now only contain the pipelines, for which data is also published.
