- added _ to the end of vars with setters/getter of the same name - removed the check for the enabled option on waypoints. - reason being we arent going to have a disable/enable system.
- aded comments on parameters. - added example waypoint file.
- added there name and type - TODO work on the descriptions more

…ontroller - Waypoints are now stored in fixed UTM frame and dynamically transformed to map - Path generation occurs in map frame to maintain global consistency - Final path is transformed to odom frame before publishing to match controller expectations - This pattern mirrors the PolynomialPlannerAi node for consistent frame handling across the stack
