Code execution stopped after attachInterrupt in XMC1400 boards. Due to use same channel name in uart and interrupt

yes. i tested with specific boards, and diagram i will update. HIL need to check

I assume that certain boards/pins were not tested in the HiL, which is also not necessary. However, it would be beneficial next time to provide manual test results for those specific pins (with changes made in test_config) to ensure they are functioning correctly.

Resolution looks fine for me, the included image anyway has limited resolution.
