@jeffabailey I just pulled in minor parts from the other PR. Happy to merge as is.

Just one question: Were the Known Instances also generated by AI? If yes then I would rather remove them, as we want those examples to come from real companies, not AI-imagined companies ;)

Yes, it inferred some from the conversations.

Thank you @jeffabailey for pushing this topic.

Now we have a version of this in our repo that others can take consider for their orgs.

Curious to see if we find orgs that have made the element of "career growth" an explicit element of motivating people to practice InnerSource. Or the other way around, how many individuals that are practicing InnerSource consider this impactful for their career.
