This is a co-learning and builder program for Web3 newcomers, early-stage builders, developers, operators, researchers, content creators, and community contributors.
The program is designed as a practical path from learning to building:
3 weeks of intensive co-learning + 1 week hackathon + 1 week opportunity matching and portfolio building.
Participants will start from Web3 fundamentals, move into on-chain interaction, smart contract practice, AI-assisted development, and Monad testnet exploration, then turn what they learn into demos, Build Logs, and verifiable Proof of Work.
This is not a passive lecture series. The goal is to help participants understand how Web3 works, complete real tasks on-chain, build something small but concrete, and prepare a portfolio that can support future collaboration, internship, ecosystem, or project opportunities.

Week 1: Web3 Fundamentals and First On-chain Interaction
Build a shared foundation and complete your first verifiable on-chain record.
Focus:
- Wallets, addresses, private keys, and signatures
- Transactions, gas, nonce, and block explorers
- Testnets vs. mainnets
- Course wallet setup
- First testnet interaction
- Using AI to understand concepts while manually verifying key results
Expected outputs:

Week 2: Smart Contracts and AI-assisted Development
Learn basic smart contract practice and complete a minimal on-chain artifact.
Focus:
- Smart contract structure
- Solidity basics
- Remix compilation, deployment, and interaction
- Using AI to generate, explain, and revise contracts
- Human review of AI output, risks, and changes
Expected outputs:
- Minimal contract or on-chain interaction demo
- Prompt / AI output / human review notes

Week 3: Monad Practice and Project Direction
Bring the first two weeks of learning into Monad-related practice and prepare for the hackathon.
Focus:
- Monad testnet and ecosystem entry points
- Differences between Monad and traditional EVM chains
- High-frequency interaction, low latency, and consumer crypto scenarios
- AI × Web3 and on-chain application experience
- Hackathon direction selection, problem definition, and demo path design

Week 4: Hackathon Build Week
Turn your learning and direction into a presentable demo or prototype.

- Follow-up internship, collaboration, ecosystem, and community opportunities
Expected outputs:
- Portfolio materials
- Improved project README / project description
- Learning record and Proof of Work summary
- Follow-up direction and opportunity-matching intent
By completing the program, participants will leave with:
- A practical Web3 foundation: wallets, transactions, gas, block explorers, testnets, on-chain interaction, and smart contracts.
- A real on-chain practice record: wallet setup, transaction hash, explorer link, contract address, or interaction proof.
- An AI-assisted development process: prompts, AI outputs, human review notes, changes, and known issues.
