Melo Lab's Martini 3 coarse-grain parameters for GM1 and GM2 gangliosides

This repository contains ganglioside parameters for GM1 and GM2, developed by Martín Calvelo and Manuel N. Melo at the Melo lab for the Martini 3 coarse-grain force-field.

Development was based on the GM3 ganglioside model released with the Martini 3 carbohydrate parameterization led by Fabian Grünewald.

Parameters, provided in GROMACS-compatible itp format, should be considered in open-beta stage, and may change in the future.
