- fix for filtering failed after deployment 617 imjournal based rsyslog on hosts - fixed error non existing servicedesk apache template - enable template backup for rsyslog conf - define a workdirectory or imjournal.state ends up in / - higher rate limit defaults - related to PR 367 in environments
- This is related to MR 310 in surfconext-deploy-environments - Mongo cluster membership and priority is now defined in group_vars - Keys and certificates are now distributed via host_vars - Mongo play in serial mode to avoid restarting cluster members at the same time - Fixed wrong mongo version in repo - mongo group and service name are now variables - Clear message when role is deployed to Debian family server

AA Release 625
After the rsyslog change to imjournal module the log format changed (some spaces dissapeared) and broke the filtering on the central logserver, this fixes the issue for the stepup logging and spdashboard.

The `scim_user_identifier` should not be changed for running production setups, but during setup it';s really inconvenient this cannot be changed without deleting and recreating the provisioning.
