* Refactored the CI workflow to trigger on `pull_request` and `workflow_dispatch`. * Removed the previous test job and replaced it with a reference to the `ModuleCI.yml`. * Introduced a new `PublishModule.yml` workflow for publishing the module on `push` to `main`.
