Description

• Update compatibility docs for torch.nn.functional.binary_cross_entropy_with_logits.
• Clarify that Paddle now supports kwargs aliases:
  • input as alias of logit
  • target as alias of label
• Keep note that size_average and reduce still require rewrite.
• Update Chinese API doc parameter descriptions to include alias notes.
