- 新增 Scout TargetWS 服务端（含 ROS2 桥接）
- 新增 ScoutTargetAdapter 观测数据处理
- 新增 ScoutRemoteTargetProxy 远程客户端代理
- 在 factory.py 中注册 scout_adapter 和 ScoutRemoteTargetProxy
- 修复 markdown_yaml.py 多行字符串 YAML 解析 bug
- 新增完整的 Scout 2.0 接入文档（2000+ 行）
- 创建 scout2_real 工作空间及运行时配置
2. `litellm[proxy]` extra 引入冲突 — litellm[proxy] 的 proxy extra 依赖 rich<14.0，移除 [proxy] 后不再附带这个限制（[proxy] 仅用于 litellm 服务端功能，库安装不需要）
