Update OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and Vertex AI provider pages: - openai.mdx, openai/prompt-caching-openai.mdx, openai3.mdx - anthropic.mdx - gemini.mdx - vertex-ai.mdx, vertex-ai/batches.mdx, vertex-ai/files.mdx, vertex-ai/fine-tuning.mdx All follow the Model Catalog pattern with 4-step flow.
