Overview
Adds team-aware sharing to the CLI: a new config flag share_resources_with_team (with prime config set-share-resources-with-team and visibility in prime config view) and pod creation options to share a pod with the whole team or selected members (--share-with-team / --add-members), including applying the config default when a team is set.

Improves team UX by making prime config set-team-id interactive (fetches and paginates /user/teams for selection with fallback to manual input) and expands prime teams with pagination plus a new prime teams members command that lists team members via /teams/{team_id}/members.
