On 2026-09-02 #14 was conformed to the status-projects tracker contract and the remaining work became its native sub-issues, so the bullet now names them: #119 for the manifest-driven
validate()and the PR-validation workflow, and #120, #121, #122 for the column pattern,known_nullsand dtype-vocabulary decisions.No code or manifest changes.
