- dropped some clr and hip related warning fixes that were merged from the patch
- triton needs to be build the clang without specifying the CMAKE_PREFIX_PATCH to fix the issue [Issue]: rocm_sdk update to 20251113 version breaks the triton 3.5 build #11
- renamed rcb_init.sh to rcb_pre_config.sh
- pip wheel install version updated to 7.11.0a20251201
