- combine rcb_pre_config,rcb_config and rcb_build.sh/bat files rcb_pre_config.py, rcb_config.py and rcb_build.py files to support therock build on windows and linux by using same scripts
- add initial patches to test the building of ASAN configuration for gfx90a,gfx942 and gfx950
